Nitro Marinade

8:30 am isn’t too early to open a beer… for a marinade! Thanks to Cory Day of Burleson, TX for sharing his Milk Stout Nitro marinade recipe with us.

1 Milk Stout Nitro (12oz)
2 Tbsp of Vegetable Oil
1 Tbsp of Garlic Powder
1 Tbsp of Minced Onion
1.5 tsp of Salt
1.5 tsp of Pepper
1.5 tsp of Paprika
1.5 tsp of Cumin
1/2 tsp of Cayenne Pepper

Mix together and submerge cut of choice for 4 hours or more.
